A project we did in digital art was to make a photo of ourselves all creepy. Here's my outcome--done on photoshop CS6, about 50 minutes.
The gash on my cheek looks a bit fakey but other than that I feel like I photoshoped things in pretty well!
I got the pictures of off google images after typing in "open wounds." I can't source anything specifically, unfortunately.
