Sometimes we regret our actions, but by then, it's too late.
This has to be my favourite manip so far :')

I n f o
Time: 4-6 hours
Layers: 16, unmerged
Tools: Photoshop CS4, mouse
Other: I really like this one. I'm pretty proud of it. Not so much with the mane though... The tail is just , *le pride*
Painting in the mane took about two hours, mostly because I kept back-tracking after deciding that it looked too thin/poofy/flat, etc.
*lieveheersbeestje's Photoshop action saved me about one hour of fiddling with gradients, levels, and other colour adjustments.
My new hair-painting technique takes forever, but the results are good. Requires a fair bit of patience though.
Edit: altered the lighting and shadow. Still not happy with the shadow though :/
