These Daleks are in fact action figures from the cool Character Options Doctor Who Classics range. One of them, the front/centre one, is one of the talking Daleks and the other two are figures from the Chase set (the set that has a Mechonoid in).
I photographed the Daleks against a tiled wall in a building near where I live on my Fujifilm 16MP camera and then did things like colour fixes and visual effects and crops on my laptop using Corel PhotoImpact X3.
