Ironically the hardest part of this was editing Loki out of his original background. I had to use the smudge tool and fix around his hair a bit so it didn't look weird XD
Hum... Loki, Stars, magic... They all seem to fit together well!

That website had a TON of awesome Photoshop brushes, which also work with GIMP as well. You should check it out if you haven't already![:)]( ":) (Smile)")
